THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Strong at B2C.
Ready for B2B.

Café owners already know how to attract consumers. This campaign adds a structured business community around the venue.

01

B2C takes all the attention

Most F&B owners invest in menu, décor and consumer marketing. B2B relationship building rarely makes the priority list.

02

No structured business community

Without a recurring B2B network, cafés miss partnerships, referrals and collaborations beyond normal foot traffic.

03

Off-peak space sits underused

Weekday hours from 2 PM to 5 PM often stay quiet. They are ideal for focused business networking sessions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What café owners need to know.

Clear answers about hosting, responsibilities, event revenue and joining the campaign.

What is a 100 Café Business Hub?

A participating café hosts a structured business meetup each month, giving local entrepreneurs a regular place to meet, exchange ideas and explore collaborations.

Who manages and promotes each meetup?

E3 provides the meetup framework, community marketing and facilitation support. The café partner provides the venue and hosts the participants.

How many people attend each session?

Each meetup is planned for approximately 20 to 30 business owners, subject to the café’s seating capacity and event format.

Who keeps the event ticket revenue?

For EventSphere checkout, a 10% platform charge applies and the café receives the remaining 90% before payment processor fees. Café-owned payment links are handled directly by the café.

What facilities should a café provide?

A suitable hub should offer comfortable seating, an off-peak time slot, and access to a projector and microphone when the session requires them.

How often must a café host an event?

Participating cafés commit to hosting at least one structured business meetup each month.
